We rented 2 bounce house for a graduation party. They came and set up were very professional,fast and kind. We will definitely be renting from them again!

You may cancel for any reason up to 24 hours prior to your event start time at no cost to you. For inclement weather, you may cancel up to the time of delivery on the day of your event. Once the contract is signed and the item and/or inflatable is unloaded, you are responsible for all charges.
Yes, but additional fees may apply if the set up location is outside of our usual service areas. Additional fees may also apply if a generator is needed and if access to the set up area involves stairs and/or steep inclines.

No, we set up earlier and take down later so you can enjoy the items and/or inflatables for your entire rental time.
Yes, we clean and sanitize before and after every rental.
Yes, the blower keeps the air in the inflatable the entire time. Once unplugged, they deflate. Only unplug the blower if there are high winds. And, in this instance, ensure all occupants have exited safely.
Yes, we love to set up at parks! If your site does not have access to electricity, we can provide you with a generator for an additional rental fee. Please contact a park manager to confirm electrical needs.

We only require a deposit for rentals over $500.
Yes and No. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear. Seams along high traffic areas may develop tears over a period of time. Please let us know right away if you notice a tear so we can remedy the situation. If damage occurs due to negligence and/or failure to follow safety rules (such as not turning off the blower during high winds), you will be responsible for all damages (which could cost thousands of dollars).
Yes, reach out to us (phone, text, email) and provide your email address where we can send it. Final signature is due at time of set up.
Inflatables require a smooth flat surface and are best set up on grass or flooring. But, we can also set up on asphalt, dirt and concrete as long as it is free of debris and sharp objects. We cannot set up on sand, gravel, mud or steep inclines. Tents are also best set up on grass or dirt. It is important to indicate which type of surface the items and/or inflatables will be set up on. This way the set up personnel can be prepared.
Most require 1 outlet with a 15 amp breaker (not GFI) (per unit), while larger inflatables ( obstacle course with slide ) require 2 separate 15 amp outlets ( not on same circuit) (per unit) within 100 feet of set up area. Check the description of each inflatable on our website or feel free to contact us with any questions.
You are required to provide a standard water/garden hose that reaches from your water source to the set up area.
